AWC Software - Principal Consultant - Axiom/Collibra (16-22 yrs)

What you will be doing at :

- Experience in advisory / consulting in data governance

- Good understanding of different data governance standards especially NDMO/DAMA

- Minimum 16 years of experience in using tools like Collibra, AXON, EDC

- Develop and implement a robust data governance framework using Collibra/Informatica IDC/AXON

- Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders to define data ownership, data quality standards and classification.

- Create and enforce data governance policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

- Data Governance Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management, quality, and security of organizational data assets.

- Metadata Management: Design and maintain metadata repositories, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of data assets, including data definitions, lineage, and usage.

- Data Quality Management: Collaborate with data quality experts to implement data quality rules, validation processes, and data cleansing procedures to maintain highquality data standards.

- Data Security: Work closely with security teams to enforce data security protocols, access controls, and encryption mechanisms to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Data Cataloging: Develop and maintain a centralized data catalog, allowing users to discover and understand available data assets, their sources, and permissible usage.

What we're :

- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Computer Science / Engineering from a reputed university

- Over 16-22 years in Data Governance

- Experience in any type of SQL or NoSQL database, such as Cassandra, MongoDB, and HBase

- Experience in development testing and deployment, coding standards, and best practices
