Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design simple and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile apps.
- Create basic sketches, interactive models, and detailed designs to improve user experience.
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and other teams to turn ideas into real designs.
- Make sure designs look good and work well on all screen sizes and devices.
- Study user behavior, test designs, and check competitor designs to make improvements.
- Build and update design templates and style guides to keep everything consistent.
- Keep learning about new design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Make sure designs are easy to use and follow the latest industry standards.
Skill Abilities:
- 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a tech/software company.
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to work effectively with developers.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems for scalable UI development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating on product development.
