Technical Sales Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate sales from existing & new potential customers associated with the Electrical & Industrial automation manufacturing industry.
• Plan customer visits to new and existing customers for order follow-up / generation.
• Understand market requirements and identify areas with sales potential for new business opportunities.
• Provide product demonstration onsite and post-sales support, as and when required, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel for sales meetings / industrial expo's / marketing activities, organized by the company, within or outside the city.

Preferred candidate profile

• Resident of Chennai.
• Proficiency in English and Tamil language is highly preferred.
• Good communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of industrial automation components shall be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel often within the city and nearby industrial areas outside the city, for field sales activities.
• Should have a two-wheeler with a valid driver's license.
• Any prior experience with OEM sales of industrial automation components shall be an added advantage.
