Role & responsibilities
Develop sales forecasts for the allocated region based on market trends and dynamics.
Formulate sales management strategies and business development plans to align with
company goals and objectives.
Expand relationships with existing customers and nurture partnerships by consistently
proposing solutions that fulfill their objectives.
Identify and engage with new key accounts to drive business growth and market
penetration.
Meet and exceed company-allocated targets at the individual level through proactive sales
efforts and relationship management.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the products in the portfolio, including their
usage, features, and technical aspects.
Collaborate closely with corporates, government institutions, educational institutions, and
other relevant clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure continuous business and customer
satisfaction.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations at client locations to
showcase the value proposition and benefits of the products.
Evaluate business potential, monitor competitor activity, and analyse market trends to
identify opportunities for sustained growth.
Monitor and report weekly sales performance of the territory, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement.
