Senior Manual Test Engineer with Accessibility Testing || Remote

We are Looking for Sr Manual Test Engineer with Accessibility testing experience candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Strong work experience in Manual Testing on Mobile applications and web applications
• Strong work experience with ADB Commands
• Strong work experience in Test case Design
• Strong work experience in Android & iOS App testing
• Review and analyze FRS/SRS/User stories Requirement documents and create scenarios/test plans for it.
• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards and Guidelines: Proficiency in WCAG (2.1/2.2), Section 508, and ARIA practices.
• Expertise in Assistive Technologies and Testing Tools: Experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA), tools like Axe, WAVE, and manual testing for keyboard navigation, color contrast, and focus management.
• Technical and Development Skills: Understanding semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and debugging accessibility issues in collaboration with developers.
• Good work experience in Appium & Selenium will be added advantage
• Strong organizational skills including good time management, prioritizing tasks, estimating activities, and meeting deadlines
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently or in a team
• Experience on functional, regression, and ad-hoc testing, proficiency in Manual Testing and Automation Testing
• Prepare test cases for Unit, Functional, Load, Integration, and system level. Execute the test cases, report defects, and define the severity and priority for each defect.
• Create and review test strategy, test plan, and interaction with the development team and business analysts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate across teams.
• Ability to work Any shift.
