Sales Representative

As an Interior Design & Sales Consultant, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales. Your role involves working closely with clients to understand their style, preferences, and needshelping them curate the perfect selections to transform their spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Design Consultation: Conduct in-home and in-store consultations, presenting design concepts, product recommendations, and floor plans.
• Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the success of our retail locations.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside the design team to ensure seamless project execution and support colleagues as needed.
• Product & Trend Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest interior design trends and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
• Showroom Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an inviting, well-organized showroom that inspires clients.

Qualifications

• Passion for interior design with a strong understanding of home furnishings.
• Proven experience in sales and customer service, ideally in a retail environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for relationship-building.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
• Proficiency in design software (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A valid driver’s license (preferred).
