Responsibilities and Duties:
Handling client queries/questions and providing solutions by coordinating with Internal teams.
Doing data entry in Excel/Google sheets and on other Internal Portals.
Providing operational support to different departments, responding to inquiries, resolving issues and coordinating activities as needed.
Carry out a range of assigned support duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all data administration requirements.
Required Skills:
Should have excellent Communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment- Word and Excel.
Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of work.
