Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance COBOL applications on the AS400/iSeries platform.
• Work on AS400 command language and job control to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand and implement business requirements.
• Ensure seamless system integration and work on modernization projects for legacy AS400 systems.
• Perform job scheduling and batch processing on AS400 environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure smooth operations.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience in COBOL programming on the AS400/iSeries platform.
• Experience with AS400 command language and job control.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in COBOL/400.
• Experience in AS400 systems integration and modernization projects.
• Knowledge of job scheduling and batch processing on AS400.
