Technical Recruiter (Noida)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing :

a. Identify and source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, etc.).

b. Shortlist CVs based on job requirements and technical expertise in industry domains.

2. Interview Coordination & Selection:

a. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates skills and experience

b. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

c. Assist in technical assessments and follow up on interview feedback.

d. Database Management related to Recruitment Process and New Hires.

3. Offers Negotiation and Position Closure:

a. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages within company guidelines.

b. Work towards closing open positions within the stipulated timeline.

c. Maintain and track hiring metrics to ensure an efficient recruitment process.

4. Onboarding:

a. Facilitate the joining process of selected candidates and coordinate with HR for smooth onboarding.

b. Ensure impeccable experience for new hires from offer acceptance till joining.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in industrial automation and telecom industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools, job boards, database management and social media sourcing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
