Aventior - AEM Developer - Java/OSGI (4-6 yrs)

Job Title : AEM Developer.

Required experience : 4-6 years.

Start date : 10 March 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and deliver AEM solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using Java, OSGi, Sling, Sightly, and other relevant technologies.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, content authors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience and efficient content delivery.

- Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics, and commerce platforms.

- Develop custom AEM modules and plugins to extend the core functionality of the platform.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, deployment instructions, and test plans.

- Follow industry best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines for AEM development.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of AEM solutions.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AEM and related technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

- Managing periodic reporting on the progress to the management and the customer.

Required Skills :

- 4-6 years of relevant experience developing and delivering Adobe Experience Manager solutions.

- Experience with products in the Adobe Suite such as Audience Manager, Test and Target, Campaign Manager, Analytics, and others;.

- Be well-versed with AEM workflow setup and maintenance as well as User and Group Management;.

- Solid skills in HTML5 and CSS3.

- Working knowledge in AEM 6.1 or above,.

- Experience in Maven, SVN, and MySQL 5.

- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders.

- Experience in front-end technologies like JavaScript (MVC frameworks), HTML5, CSS3, iOS, and Android.

- In-depth knowledge of OSGI, Apache Sling, HTL, and JCR.

- Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies.

- Ability to understand and integrate with HTML/JS/CSS built by front-end developers.

- Experience in Spring MVC, J2EE, and Hibernate.
