Avant Group is looking for MIS Manager.

JD:

Maintaining Master Report daily basis

Monthly Target Vs Collection MIS Report sharing with RMs and TL / CRM Head on daily basis for the Project.

Setting up Collection Targets for the month & presenting the same to the Director on 2nd of every month in the CRM review meet.

Collection review meet

Preparing Defaulter Letters Like Interest Letter, Pre-Termination Letter, Legal Notice, Printing and Preparing Demand letters for the project.

Preparing review data for all projects and sharing with CRM Head.

Reporting to VP Customer Care for Onboarding, Sustenance, Home Loan and Possession.

Management of collectibles from customers and ensuring updates of Collection Target.

Enabling processes that provides accurate documentation to customers for their Overall Transaction.

Co-ordination with Internal Stakeholders to ensure resolution of queries.

Identify root causes of issues and align with the team to improve the system and service to provide.

Specialize in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various resources.

Creation of Price Sheets & Inventory with Embedded Formulated Codes.
