Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Tech Strategy & Vision: Define and execute, technical strategy to ensure scalability, security, and performance of the platform.
Product Development: Architect, design, and implement clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a focus on clean architecture principles.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing tech team, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration.
Hands-on Development: Be ready to get into the trenchescontribute to coding, architecture decisions, and problem-solving when required.
Scalability & Reliability: Develop and optimize backend systems (Node.js & MongoDB), mobile applications (Flutter), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
Game Development Support: Oversee integration and development of Unity for skill-based gaming experiences.
DevOps Management: Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage deployments, and ensure a seamless production environment.
Technical Innovation: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and adopt best practices
Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to prioritize features, fix bugs, and deliver a seamless user experience.
Security & Compliance: Ensure all technology systems comply with regulatory requirements and data protection norms.

Key Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 12+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role such as CTO, Head of Engineering, or Tech Lead.
Technical Expertise:
o Proficiency in Flutter for mobile development.
o Strong experience with Node.js for backend development.
o Hands-on experience with MongoDB for database management.
o Deep knowledge of AWS for cloud infrastructure.
o Exposure to Unity for game development. Important but compulsory.
Clean Architecture: Proven ability to design scalable, clean, and maintainable code architecture.
Leadership Skills: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling tech teams in a startup or high-growth environment.
Problem Solving: Ability to think critically, debug efficiently, and address performance bottlenecks.
DevOps & CI/CD: Familiarity with modern DevOps practices for deployment and system monitoring.
Agility: Comfortable with Agile/Scrum methodologies and fast iterations.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to integrating in-app payment systems and third-party SDKs.
Experience in handling high-traffic, real-time platforms.
Knowledge of AI/ML integrations for gaming or personalized experiences.
Familiarity with analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
