- Lead New Model Development Initiatives across the Organization
- oECL Models & Forecasting Models
- oCustomer Profitability Models
- oOther New Models as per requirements of the Businesses & Functions
- Develop Challenger Models across Predictive Analytics Initiatives
- oECL Models
- oCollections Models
- oCross-Sell Models
- oRisk Models
- New AI/ML Model Development leveraging on-us data, off-us credit bureau data and enhanced usage of Alternative Data Sources
- Analytics Driven Strategy Formulation including Social Media Insights, Competitive Intelligence, Bureau Data & Alternative Data Sources
- Analyse large amounts of raw information to find patterns & trends in order make better informed decisions
- Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms to address business problems
- Propose analytical & data driven solutions and strategies to business challenges
- Implement new statistical or other mathematical methodologies as needed for specific models or analysis
- Monitor existing statistical model, policy and strategy for improvements
- Presenting information using data visualization techniques
- Communicate results and ideas to key decision makers
- Key Accountabilities:
- Leverage analytical methods and technologies to make smarter data-driven business decisions and improve strategic decision making
- Development of New Analytical Machine Learning Predictive Models & Strategies
- Model Management including model recalibration & model redevelopment
- Implementation of Machine Learning Based Models
- Meet defined TAT / project timelines
- Maintain Quality of Deliverables across projects
- Required Experience:
- 2-5 years of proven experience in Business Analytics working in Banking / Financial Services or IT industry
- Sound understanding of various Unsecured / Secured Lending Products
- Highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math and statistics
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for interpreting data
- Passion for machine-learning and solving new problems
- Experience in data mining
