Role : Backend Developer

Place of Posting : Mumbai- (Andheri marol)

Job Purpose

Technical onboarding of digital platforms/ aggregators, emerging ecosystem players & other innovative channels

Key Accountabilities

• Part of the enterprise wide digital alliance technical program and its implementation
• Aligning with organizations business objectives
• Participate in improving the architecture of the digital alliance technology landscape
• Ensure technology compliance by adhering guidelines from InfoSec, RBI & Industry best practices
• Application maintenance, enhancement & support as per defined SLA
• Effective change management and prioritization aligning with business objectives
• Maintaining a competitive advantage and leveraging the Digital Ecosystem

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with partners in ensuring timely and effective delivery
• Support evolving business needs and propose sound solutions
• Establish technology standards and support digital businesses by new product development and existing product enhancements.
• Own and direct the architecture, implementation and execution of an enterprise-wide digital landscape set up
• Work closely with Technology Head/ CTO on IT planning and budget to achieve strategic business goals.
• Ensure technology related issues are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Develop and build capabilities in team by upgrading and reorganizing talent as required.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Technology function developing web applications
  • Java Spring Boot, Java Spring Cloud
• Java unit testing
• SQL database : MySQL, Postgresql or MS SQL
• REST API : understanding of implementation and 3rd party integration

Additional Skills

• Experience with frontend technologies like ReactJS, HTML, CSS

• Knowledge of CI/CD process
• Worked on Agile (Scrum) methodology
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred)

Required Qualification

• Bachelor/ Master Degree (Computer Science or Information Technology)
