What Youll Do
We are seeking a results-driven, high-energy Account Executive to manage a large portfolio of emerging and small business customers in our SaaS Sales team. This role is focused on driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and maximizing customer satisfaction and retention at scale. With a high ratio of accounts, this position demands a proactive, organized individual who can efficiently engage, identify, and act on revenue opportunities without the time for in-depth, strategic planning on each account.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Success and Marketing, to provide a cohesive customer experience and leverage resources efficiently across accounts. Act as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams to support customer satisfaction at scale
