About the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead SDET to join our team and play a critical role in building and leading a high-performing QA organization. In this leadership role, you will not only be a technical expert in automation testing but also a strong leader who can manage and mentor a team of SDETs. You will be responsible for overseeing both manual and automation testing processes to ensure the highest quality standards for our software products.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Manage the overall QA strategy and roadmap

- Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers.

- Develop and maintain a robust test automation framework

- Collaborate with developers and product managers

- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.

- Manage manual testing efforts

- Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and methodologies

Must-have Technical Competencies :

- 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation Testing)

- Proven experience leading and mentoring a QA team

- In-depth knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Python, TestNG, PyTest)

- Experience with both web application and Machine Learning application testing

- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience driving successful test execution

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
