Experience:

3-5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the Startup/Incubation/Innovation domain is desirable. Freshers need not apply.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in any Technical / Engineering discipline
• Any other additional Project Management Certification /Course / Qualification will be a plus.

Job Description:

• Support and Assist the team to manage the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Support team on multiple projects under the Acceleration and Incubation programs
• Prepare, Review & Manage trackers of projects using project management tools on day-to-day basis
• Plan, Co-ordinate and Conduct the various activities for Technical, Financial & Project Reviews
• Support the startups / innovators for on boarding and regular operations under Incubation program
• Support the team in documentation, coordination and monitoring of projects under various programs
• Support the team in the planning, coordination & conduction of events, outreach / awareness programs
• Organization & management of various activities under incubation program for startups-based projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Project Management Methods and Tools
• Proficiency in Communication (Written and Verbal Communication / Technical Writing / Drafting)
• Proficiency in Interpersonal skills and stakeholder management / networking skills
• Fair understanding of emerging technologies will be preferred
• Overall Understanding of technology and business will be preferred.
• Experience and Exposure to startup ecosystem, willingness to work with startups will be preferred.

Tenure:

Annual contract extendable upto a maximum period of 3 years subject to performance appraisal

Compensation:

Suitable remuneration will be offered based on experience & qualification.
