Job Description :

- Looking for an Automation Test Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in test automation.

- Strong background in Java and test automation tools.

- A good understanding of AI and ML.

- Hands-on experience with API testing using Karate or Rest Assured.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Extensive expertise in :

- Selenium.

- BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).

- Cucumber.

- TestNG.

Education & Qualifications : Bachelor's in engineering or Master's in computer applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and relevant test automation tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.

- Implement and execute automated test suites using Selenium.

- Develop and maintain BDD test scripts using Cucumber.

- Utilize TestNG for test execution and reporting.

- Leverage Karate and Rest Assured for API testing.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.

- Continuously improve and optimize the test automation framework and processes.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in test automation, AI ML.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices in test automation.

Must Have Skills :

- 5-8 years of experience in test automation.

- Proven experience as an Automation Test Engineer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for web automation.

- Expertise in Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber.

- Proficiency in TestNG for test management and execution.

- Experience with Karate/ Rest assured for API Automation.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Git.

- Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts and their applications in testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Other Skills We'd Appreciate :

- Chatbot validation knowledge is an added advantage.

- Working knowledge of IVR Voice Testing.

- Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.

- Knowledge of performance and security testing.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
