Job Description

An Automation engineer is responsible to perform maintenance, commissioning & Installation activities, troubleshooting of Process Control Valve systems, Flow meters, Hot water system control panels and sensors.
This position will report to Manager Customer Excellence. Key

Responsibilities

- Analyze and determine the necessary repair /replace of the spares and equipment at site.
- Maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of Hot water & Heat Pump systems.
- Providing technical and maintenance training to customers about the product.
- Programming PLC using Siemens/Rockwell software and modifying program as per requirement.
- Knowledge on PID, HMIs and Industrial communication protocols.
- Understanding of SLD, Control Wiring Drawings and troubleshoot of the systems.
- Knowledge about PLC Control Panel Testing and Manufacturing process.
- Prepare reports, technical Manual Preparations activities, proper hand Over of the system to Customer, get site acceptance reports signed.
- Knowledge of Pre-commissioning and Commissioning Protocols standards.
- Weekly time sheet submission. Key Requirements - Knowledge of Single/Three phase power.
- Knowledge about Control panels and Power panel and their wiring.
- Reading and understanding Electrical drawings.
