Job Description
- Develop and implement new product concepts, designs, and materials to meet customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RD, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales) to ensure products meet requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation of new products.
- Assist in managing NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Foster innovation through idea generation, brainstorming, and experimentation.
- Develop and implement quality control plans for new products.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product reliability.
B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical)
3-5 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the rubber or plastics industry.
Skills: - Strong technical knowledge of rubber materials, compounds, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
