Authenticate (Santa Monica, CA) is looking for a talented, hard-working, India-based UI/UX Product Designer on our team to be a utility player. We provide identity verification and fraud prevention solutions to add trust and safety, mitigate risk, deter theft, prevent loss, protect assets, and ensure the most well-informed decisions based on the most accurate, verifiable data. Your primary role will be to develop, maintain, and support UI/UX frameworks for our products.
You must be able to multi-task and manage many responsibilities at a time. You must also be comfortable working with other team members, and communicating over Slack, Jira, Trello, and email as necessary. Problem-solving skills and initiative are fundamental requirements of the position and the determining factors in your evaluation. You will work on several features of the products simultaneously with others and will be expected to organize and document your efforts diligently.

Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, visual hierarchy, layout design, usability design and best practices.
Experienced with design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, AdobeXD, etc.)
Proven track record and experience in UX/UI Design.
Have an interest in, understanding, or experience with Design thinking methodology.
Interest in, understanding of, or experience with Agile development methodology.
Enthusiastic and energetic about solving the problems we face.
Highly motivated, self-starter with goal-oriented personality.
