Associate Due Diligence

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure robust & accurate secondary research for enhancing product services
• Candidate will be required to work on diverse range of corporate cases

including due diligence and senior background screening projects

• Research and gather various data and information through databases,

internet and public domain

• Analysing financial statements, ratios and trends and commenting on the

same

• Interacting with the Senior management and key management personnel of

entities to understand the business and management risks

• Analyzing research findings and drawing potential risk implications
• Supporting team members in terms of diligent research and reports
• Ensuring the quality of report each time and delivering within the specified

timeline

• Preparing analytical reports to address client's customized needs
• Seeking new Research tools and methodologies

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience of 1-3 years in conducting financial reporting and analysis and

secondary research

• Experience with business consulting and corporate research

• Understanding of various corporate structures.

• Analyze, interpret and summarize qualitative data such as financial

statements

• Eye for detail

• Understanding of regulatory / legal / aspects of corporate operations

• Understanding of industry issues
