As our Business Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing and scaling our operations. You'll take key input into strategic decisions, work closely with leadership to expand our client base, and manage a small but dynamic team of professionals. This position is part of the Team located in Pimpri - Chinchwad

Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO, will be an added advantage, as we continue to leverage online strategies to grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes across departments. From handling small-scale tasks like customer inquiries to managing large projects and overseeing team efficiency, you'll be integral to the company's workflow.
  • Business Growth & Scaling: Provide key input into the strategies and initiatives aimed at growing and scaling the business. Identify opportunities for expansion, increased profitability, and operational efficiency while maintaining the core values of the company. Collaborate with leadership to execute growth initiatives and help guide the business toward new milestones.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a small, dynamic team of professionals, fostering a collaborative, positive, and productive work environment. Lead by example, promoting a culture based on ethics, loyalty, and high standards of professionalism. Mentor and train team members to ensure their personal and professional growth aligns with the company's goals.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients. Demonstrate exceptional customer service and understand their needs. Build a reputation for trustworthiness, loyalty, and ethical business practices.
  • Project Management: Manage training programs and ensure their delivery meets high standards. You'll track progress, measure success, and adjust strategies as necessary. No project is too small or too large -your focus will always be on high-quality execution.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Be a key advocate for learning both personally and within the team. Embrace opportunities to train, grow, and adapt to the latest industry trends, while encouraging your team to do the same.
  • Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Whether it's a client concern or internal challenge, you will lead the effort to resolve it promptly.
  • Ethical Leadership: Always lead by example with a strong sense of ethics and professionalism. Instill these principles in your team to ensure ethical business practices are at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Collaboration & Flexibility: Support a culture of collaboration across all business areas, from administration and marketing to customer service. You will be expected to be adaptable and step in wherever needed.
  • Digital Marketing: Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO will be beneficial in driving online presence and marketing campaigns. Experience with these tools will help enhance business visibility, lead generation, and overall digital strategy.



Sales and Marketing responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth with customers
  • Drive value selling and value communication
  • Develop, implement & sustain comprehensive account plans to achieve annual booking and sales targets
  • Be a single point contact for coordination related to customers and the director
  • Ensure timely submission of commercial offers
  • Coordination/Teamwork with supply chain & Service teams to ensure fulfilment of order to customer satisfaction.
  • On time payment collection from customers
  • Monitor and analyse competition activities
  • Prepares and maintains all sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, etc.) and ensure updates of sales parameters on the CRM system
  • Manage customer relationship and ensure customer satisfaction through product sales and services
  • Understand customer requirement and offer correct product/technology solution.
  • Regular follow up with customers to conclude the order


Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with an MBA
  • Proven experience in Sales Marketing and business management, leadership, or a related field (training company experience is a plus).
  • Strong focus on ethics, loyalty, and attitude in business operations.
  • Comfortable with both small-scale tasks and large projects; a willingness to dive in and get hands dirty when necessary.
  • Experience in scaling and growing business operations, with a track record of contributing to growth strategies and successful execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and guide a small but dynamic team of professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Open to continuous learning and development in both personal and professional capacity.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for developing business operations while upholding the highest standards.
  • Proficient knowledge of digital marketing such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO and other SMM platforms
  • Ability to quickly grasp & easily adapt new ideas, concepts, methods
  • Proficiency is using CRM platforms
  • Proactive and action oriented
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a good EQ and strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationship.
  • Teamwork and ability to work across cultures, locations and business teams
