Job Description:

• 6+ years of experience as a data scientist or Machine Learning engineer with hands-on classical ML expertise.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (e.g, Tensorflow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g, scikit-learn)
• Experience with NLP frameworks.
• Experience with exploratory data analysis using tools Pandas, Matplotlib
• Experience with OCR. OpenCV, LLMs and OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Docker.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Clean, wrangle, and preprocess large datasets and conduct exploratory data analytics to identify patterns and trends.
2. Translate business use cases to Machine Learning problems and build, train and optimize predictive models for the same.
3. Prepare and annotate training data for LLMs and fine tune models for use cases like document question answering, text summarization, and other.
4. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and clearly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
