Role & responsibilities
1. Issuance of Legal Notices through advocates (breach of agreement, loans, professional commitment).
2. Filing cases against employees for breach of trust, breach of loan agreement, and employees who absconded from the company without handing over the charge, laptop, docs, and passwords.
3. Discussions with employees on various issues like Notice Period, Retention agreements, Relieving aspects, medical docs etc. on a daily basis both personally and over phone.
4. Preparing MIS on legal cases and updating Managers over the progress.
5. Co-ordinating domestic enquiries with the help of external advocates in plants (Formulations, and Research & Development).
6. Should do professional (referral) checks and BGV checks with the help of concerned.
7. Co-ordinate with unit HR team on maintaining employee personal files, caution notices, and abandonment notices as per the attendance management system.
Other activities
1. Rejoining Candidates Verification.
2. Conditional Agreements.
3. Employee Undertakings
4. Processing advocate bills.
5. Conducting enquiries internally.
6. Conducting audits at units.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Must have completed LL.B degree.
2. Should have reasonable knowledge on wages, leaves, gratuity, bonus, Overtime, Standing Orders, Facilities in Plants as per factories act. including employment laws.
3. Should be fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi (Read, Write, and Speak).
