Quality Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Quality Assurance Analyst who is passionate about ensuring software/data service quality. The QA Analyst must have the ability to organize testing efforts, follow test plans and execute manual test cases across different browsers for a variety of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively capturing business requirements to write the user story
• Writing the acceptance criteria in the business language, per specific frameworks
• Verifying that code meets the acceptance criteria, preferably through testing platforms
• Communicating effectively with developers on explanation of user stories and validating the end implementation of the requirements
• Communicating with product managers on product roadmap, backlog grooming, prioritization of requirements and fleshing out the sprint/release plans
• Communicating effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements
• Write, maintain and execute manual test cases/suites
• Test new features built by the Development team
• Perform regression testing on existing features
• Work closely with rest of the QA team to refine the QA processes, share knowledge and best practice
• Develop an expertise in the functionality and inner workings of all the applications, database and data processes.

Requirement:

• Should have experience in functional testing as well DB Testing, API Testing, integration testing and non-functional testing.
• Should have experience working with tool like JIRA, postman.
• Experience in working on Jmeter, AWS is added advantage.
