Requirements
Identify and target potential clients in the IT services sector through various channels, including cold calling, bidding portals, networking, and referrals.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to understand the market landscape, competition, and industry trends, and utilize this knowledge to develop effective business strategies.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements, challenges, and objectives, and propose suitable solutions tailored to their needs.
Collaborate with the technical team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase our IT service offerings and value proposition.
Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements and terms with clients, ensuring that they align with the company's policies and objectives.
Act as a liaison between the client and the internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth transition during project initiation and execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for business growth and stay ahead of industry developments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems and other tools.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback.
As a Business Development Executive, you will identify and acquire new clients. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to tailor our services to meet clients' evolving needs.Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and financial success. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical leads, and delivery staff, to ensure seamless project handover and delivery.
Should have basic technical understanding with the different technologies like, PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, Drupal, Python, ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS, AI/ML.
Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including grooming, planning, scrums, and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Build a deep understanding of the industries we serve, staying informed about industry-specific challenges, regulations, and opportunities. Use this knowledge to tailor our offerings.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, tracking progress against targets and objectives.
