We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with BA (Business Analysis) expertise to lead and manage projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, customer conversation, analyzing business needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analytics.

- Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.

- Utilize data visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders.

- Work closely with development, operations, and finance teams to ensure project success.

- Ensure timely and within-budget project completion while managing risks and roadblocks.

- Create deployment plans, project scope, and articulate project scope changes to stakeholders to create change requests.

- Create user journey using business flow tools

- Work with the UI/UX team to create the product.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.

- Identify areas of process improvement using analytical insights and suggest data-driven solutions.

- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication.

- Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess project performance and impact.

- Able to travel as required for project needs and stakeholder engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis with a focus on Project management and coordination.

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
