- Job Profile: Customer Service Representative (Chat/Email)
- Job Location: Gurugram
- Job Mode: Work From Office
- Working Days: 5 days
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts
- Salary: Fresher - 20k + 2K PLI (post training), Experienced - 22K + 2K PLI (Post training)
- Job Role: Provide exceptional customer service through chat or email. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Eligibility Criteria: Fresher or experienced with minimum 6 months experience, UG or graduate
