Role : Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist /Lead Data Scientist (TL/ATA/TA)

Exp : 6- 14 years

Mode of work : Hybrid Model

Work Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Noida/Pune/Kolkata

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, data science, and experience with state-of-the-art AI technologies including Langchain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases. Additionally, proficiency with AWS cloud services is essential. This role involves developing, deploying, and optimizing AI models that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy NLP and Generative AI models to solve complex business problems.

- Utilize Langchain for building and optimizing conversational AI applications.

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI models.

- Work with vector databases to manage and query high-dimensional data efficiently.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.

- Optimize and scale AI models using AWS cloud services.

- Conduct thorough data analysis and validation to ensure the robustness and reliability of AI models.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and data science, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in Python programming and data science.

- Strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with Langchain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Proficiency with vector databases such as FAISS, Annoy, or similar.

- Extensive experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker.

- Ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance AI solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
