Floor supervisor - Productions

Role & responsibilities

1. Planning and organizing production schedules.
2. Ensuring production meets quality standards and deadlines.
3. Managing and optimizing production processes for efficiency.
4. Supervising and coordinating with production staff.
5. Managing ERP software for proper inventory controls.
6. Overseeing maintenance and operation of production equipment.
7. Implementing health and safety protocols in the production area.
8. Collaborating with other departments for workflow optimization.
9. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring material availability.
10. Troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
11. Preparing production reports and performance analysis.
12. Driving continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
13. Adapting to new technologies and methods to enhance productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Diploma/BE degree in Mechanical engineering or similar education qualification

2. Previous experience in sheet metal components manufacturing industry.

3. Knoweldge of raw materials like copper, brass, MS and their grades.

4. Ability to use measuring equipments.

5. Man-handling skills and ability to work independently.
