Key Responsibilities:

IPO Planning and Execution:

- Lead the preparation for IPO, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive financial roadmap for IPO readiness.

- Coordinate with external advisors, auditors, legal counsel, and underwriters throughout the

IPO process:

- Manage due diligence processes with investment banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Financial Reporting and Compliance

- Investor Relations

- Financial Operations Management

- Strategic Initiatives

- Cash Flow Management

- Team Leadership& Development

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.

- Monitor and analyze budget variances and make recommendations for corrective actions.

- Ensure effective cost control and management across all departments.
