Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. o Assist in developing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. o Conduct variance analysis, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Support in creating and maintaining detailed financial models. o Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. o Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and develop accurate financial forecasts.

Cash Flow Management: Assist in cash flow forecasting and working capital management. o Analyze liquidity requirements and provide insights on optimizing cash management strategies.

Cost Optimization and Process Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities and support implementation. o Assist in process re-engineering to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in finance functions. o Ensure compliance with all the relevant financial regulations and standards such TDS, GST, etc.
