Male Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Male Nurse for the Business Excellence team at JSW Steel Ltd. in Dolvi. This role is crucial in providing high-quality medical care and enhancing operational efficiency in emergency medical and surgical management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Emergency Medical & Surgical Management: Deliver emergency medical services and assist in surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols.
• Medical Stores Indenting & Procurement: Oversee the indenting and procurement of medical supplies, ensuring their availability and compliance with quality standards.
• Emergency Management & Shift In-Charge Duties: Serve as shift in-charge, providing 24/7 emergency management support and coordinating with medical staff during critical situations.
• Injury on Duty Management & Referral: Administer injury management protocols, ensuring proper documentation and timely referrals to specialized care when necessary.
• Nursing Management: Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality patient care and adherence to medical guidelines and safety standards.
• Medical Stores Management: Efficiently manage medical stores, maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely stock replenishment.

Key Competencies:

• Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of emergency medical protocols and nursing practices.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in MS Office: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Work Schedule:
6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
