ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (OFFSHORE DIVISION)

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain and regularly update party receivable and payable accounts.

2. Record and manage receivable/payable data in Tally software.

3. Keep a cumulative settlement report updated in real time.

4. Prepare, maintain, and submit outstanding reports to the management at regular intervals.

5. Handle payment settlements efficiently.

6. Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

7. Send follow-up emails and make calls to clients as required.

8. Investigate and respond promptly to client queries. This involves meeting with high-end clients to address their concerns and resolve queries.

9. Maintain sales accounts and provide monthly sales and purchase reports to the management.

10. Follow up with branches monthly on pending Disbursement Accounts (DA).

11. Maintain and regularly update a daily Disbursement Accounts (DA) follow-up file.

12. Provide management with daily updates on the outstanding balance status.

13. Deliver daily productivity reports on finalized Disbursement Accounts (DA).

Preferred candidate profile

1. Relevant Experience:

• Prior work experience in shipping accounts, particularly in handling party receivable and payable, is highly desirable.

2. Technical Proficiency:

• Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

3. Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.

4. Time Management:

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

5. Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop
effective, practical solutions
