Roles & Responsibility B.tech Electronics & Communications (ECE) required Basic knowledge on C programming as well as Electronics components required. Manage and coordinate activities within the department to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for all internal communications, facilitating smooth operations within the hardware designing & software coding

Ensuring to coordinate with PCB & Hardware Designers and Embedded Software Developers to get the work done within timelines.

Remain updated on Zoho Project Portal & ensuring the team members updates on the same portal to bring clarity on timeframes as well as the progress reports.

Assist in planning and executing product initiatives, ensuring alignment on objectives and deadlines among team members. Collaborate closely with product managers, marketing, and development teams to streamline processes and enhance communication. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying potential delays and communicating them to relevant stakeholders. Maintain organized documentation of processes, project status, and performance metrics to support team transparency and the progress report. Requirements Bachelor s degree in ECE, EE, or a related field is required.

Proven experience in an analyst or coordination role, preferably within a product-focused environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
