Back office Operations Assistant is one who is Responsible for Sale and Purchase Billings, Payment entries and Follow up, Ledger Maintenance and Filing.
Responsibility Deliverable:
1. Handling Purchase / Sales Billing
2. Attending Customer Calls and Queries
3. Maintain Error Free Records
Role & responsibilities
Sales Order Processing, Purchase Bill Entries, Check if Inward Stock Received is correct as per Invoice, Customer mail replies, Payment Entries in Ledger book and Software, Generating list of payments which are due and follow up for payment and keeping records of Bills given at the time of delivery, Preparation of envelopes for Couriering LR and Bills after Dispatch, Bank Slip Entries for cheque to be Deposited, noting of Orders received on phone and from our sales Executives, Updating of price list when rate changes take place.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Basic Accounts and Microsoft Word, Excel
2. Telephone Etiquette
3. Ledger & payment entries.
4. Fluency in English.
5. Handling customer calls & solving their queries.
6. Persuasion skills.
7. Skill of operating software used in company.
8. Product & customer knowledge skill should be acquired.
