Test Analyst - API Automation - (On-site)

Position: Test Analyst API Automation, having 6 to 8 years of experience in QA API Automation testing

• Develop and maintain test documentation, traceability, including test plans, test cases for the assigned task/stories in Test Management Tool (Octane).
• Actively participate in Sprint ceremonies and effective collaborate with team on the daily activities, highlight risks, mitigation plan, contribute towards smooth QA delivery.
• Design, develop, maintain & execute automated test scripts to cover functional flows using backend APIs.
• Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes as part of the Release sign-off process.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Report and track functional issues using bug tracking tool.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, QA best process and practices for software testing (Manual & Automation). Spread it among the QA community as well.
• Provide mentoring, support to newcomers and peers depending on the experience.
• Drive QA initiatives depending on the experience.
