Attend calls & emails to provide the response to inquiries
Provide consistent support to the callers and clients
Follow-up the potential inquiries and conversion
Responsible for the conversion of the inquiries
Organize the site visit to the potential inquiries/positive clients
Co-ordination with all service providers and partners
Smooth relationship with all departments in ATHULYA
Ensure the TAT responds to the queries
Promote the services to the new clients and ensure the conversions
Complete back-end support to all the internal and external team members
Maintain the relationship with other stakeholders of the services like labs, pharmacy, ambulance, other consultants, physio clinics, transport organizers, and ambulance providers
Co-ordination with the patient completely from end-to-end services during their visits.
