Preferably working in Manufacturing Companys Responsibilities:
Customer Complaint Management:
Receive, investigate, and resolve customer quality complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Analyze customer feedback and identify root causes of quality issues.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence of defects.
Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding complaint status and resolution.
Supplier Quality Management:
Manage supplier quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Investigate supplier-related defects and implement corrective actions.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Quality Analytics:
Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Generate quality reports and present findings to management.
Use statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve process capability.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of metal gaskets, plugs, rubber parts, and other manufactured components.
Apply knowledge of automotive industry standards and specifications.
Communication:
Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Work with internal departments like production, engineering, and sales.
