Cyber Security Trainer

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and workshops on Cyber Security topics.
• Teach foundational and advanced concepts, including but not limited to : Network security, Ethical hacking, Penetration testing, Threat analysis and incident response, Security tools and protocols
• Prepare and maintain course materials, including slides, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in Cyber Security.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students or trainees to enhance their learning experience.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical tests, and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with the training team to improve course content and delivery methods.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Cyber Security roles or related fields.
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred. Certifications like CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security principles, tools, and frameworks.
• Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is an added advantage.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
