Billing Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the study of BOQ (bill of quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities as per drawing / as per actual work done at site.
• Preparation & certification of RA bills and final bills.
• Identification & preparation of extra items.
• Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.
• Responsible for verification of certified RA and Final bills.
• Preparing all billing records & maintaining them.
• Preparing RA bills for the projects.
• Debit notes to ensure recovery against rework or defective work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.
• Preparing certification for Payment.
• Maintaining of all important documentation as per ISO standard
• Billing Measurement
• Timely checking of bill with concerned person or making a verified bill's abstract sheet
• Preparation of outstanding amount of the abstract sheet
• Make Actual V/S Budgeted sheet comparison & report it to management
• As per Site requirements or drawings, prepare the BOQ items for quotation
• Conduct rate analysis, prepare detailed drawings, and ensure finishing work meets quality standards.
• Utilize MS Office skills for documentation purposes.
• Possess material knowledge and cost estimation expertise

Preferred candidate profile

• Good mathematical knowledge
• AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera & ERP software
• Able to understand Drawing
• Material knowledge, specifically finishing items
