Job Description: Collection and Recovery Telecaller
Position Title: Collection and Recovery Telecaller
Location: Pune Department: Collections/Recovery
Reports To: Collection/Recovery Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications and Experience: -
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Prior experience in collections, recovery, or customer service is a plus.
Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and payment systems.
Knowledge of debt collection regulations and legal recovery processes is an advantage.
Working Conditions: -
Office-based with occasional extended hours during peak periods.
High-volume outbound calling environment.
