Job Profile:

• Expertise in PLC, DCS, and High-Speed Equipment: Proficient in programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and servo-based systems for high-speed equipment in industrial settings.
• Plant Maintenance and Utility Systems: Strong experience in the general maintenance of plant operations, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical and instrumentation systems, and managing utility systems such as power distribution, HVAC, and water treatment.
• Compliance with GEB Standards and Energy Audits: Well-versed in adhering to Gujarat Electricity Board (GEB) requirements, conducting energy audits, and implementing energy analysis strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Brownfield Projects and Coordination Skills: Hands-on experience in brownfield projects, including system upgrades and retrofits. A proven coordinator with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SAP, ISO 9000, and Data Analysis: Skilled in using SAP for inventory and maintenance management, ensuring ISO 9000 quality standards are met, and proficient in Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analysis for performance monitoring and decision-making.
