Assistant Manager

Job Purpose:

• Monitoring of Distributor onboarding process, Channel finance task, Banking process, F&F settlement, Order Management, Overdue Management, Respective MIS, Credit notes & Debit Notes, Balance confirmation process, Review credit policy norms and New digital initiatives etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic

• Time management as per work allocation

Financial

• Ensure to Follow up on overdue and better managing the working capital
• Ensure to Add on CF fund in business and reduce outstanding exposure of company

Operational

• Monitoring Distributor onboarding process
• Monitoring of Banking entry, knock off & Reconciliation
• Handling of Distributor Channel finance
• Monitoring of Balance confirmation process
• Monitoring of Credit notes & Debit notes
• Monitoring of Order Management
• Monitoring & Follow up of Overdue outstanding & litigation legal action if require
• Ensure to complete F&F settlement process
• Monitoring of TCS/TDS compliances
• Monitoring & Analysis of credit limit of distributors
• Ensure to provide NOC of sales team regarding overdue & other related documents
• Monitoring & Preparing MIS as per requirement
• Ensure to follow credit policy norms
• Manage internal and external audit process.
• Initiate the new digital platform and automize the manual activities

People

• Ensure to proving induction to new join sales team
• Handling team & assign task to concern team members
• Develop team members for current & future role

Performance Measures:

Strategy and Business Plan

• To complete allotted works as per timeline & accuracy
• New Initiate - Process/MIS which will use to improve routine tasks

Achieving financial targets

• Ensure to do follow ups, monitoring, controlling and improving of overdue outstanding over email & telephonic

Operational Efficiency & Improving Productivity

• Ensure to monitor process of Distributor onboarding, Banking receipts, knock off, Channel finance, Balance confirmations, Credit notes, Debit notes, F&F process, Order management, Overdue management & other as per policy norms
• Ensure to monitor order management as per credit policy in SAP & effective follow up of Overdue outstanding.
• All task should follow as per credit policy norms.

Audit and Compliance

• Adherence to statutory compliances and no audit observations found also ensure no revenue leakage found

People Management and Skill Development

• Handling team & assign task to concern team members
• Develop team members for current & future role
