Required
Veeva Vault Platform Certified Administrator
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Veeva Promomats and MedComms at a life science company.
Deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of promotional content and scientific content, including content creation, review and approval, digital asset management (DAM), claims management, and modular content. and how Veeva Vault platform support these processes.
Deep technical knowledge in the integration of Veeva Vault Promomats/MedComms with Veeva CRM to automate the distribution of content to CLM and Approved Email modules in Veeva CRM.
Deep technical knowledge in using Vault APIs, for example to integrate Vault with Adobe Experience Manager for web digital asset management, and Adobe Marketo for digital campaign management.
Experience in supporting content development teams, including the creation of modular content.
Experienced in building Vaults reports and dashboards.
Subject Matter Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Life Sciences/ Pharma industry across Commercial, Manufacturing and Medical domains.
