Position: RO- Digital Banking Sales

CTC: up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Exp. 0-4 Yrs. in field/direct sales from BFSI Industry

Location: Bangalore

Education: Graduate/ PG

Industry: Banking

Job Role:

- 100% open market and field job -Target driven.

- Acquisition of Saving/Current account from open market via Canopy Activity, Umbrella Activity, Cold Calling, References etc.

- Work for cross buy of financial product from mapped Book- LI/GI/SIP/PL/FD from existing customer portfolio

- Work on the Geographical area mapped (Pin Code) and achieve Saving/Current account and cross buy target

- Relationship building with Existing customer.

Job Mandates:

- 2 wheeler Mandatory with Valid License.

- Good Communication skills with a passion to do field sales.

- Customer orientation

- High energy levels with a motive to succeed

- Any Graduates

- 0 to 1 Years of Sales experience

- Should be comfortable in field sales.
