Job Description
- Driving the marketing initiatives for Residential business.
- Writing and proofreading content for marketing collaterals such as IMs, presentations etc.
- Managing all marketing initiatives for the business.
- Support the team in responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and create presentations tailored to secure bids and engage investors effectively.
- Interface with the core marketing for the business.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns & events.
- Evaluating emerging trends in marketing and social media and incorporating them as appropriate
- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing & Communications
- Strong and effective communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficiency in PowerPoint & Canva
- Good logical and analytical skills
- Knowledge and experience of Photo and Video editing software
- Ability to manage multiple projects & stakeholders.
- Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably with a Marketing background).
