Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the facility while ensuring compliance with all
• local and state regulations.
• •Supervise and manage facility staff, including maintenance workers, custodial staff, and HK
• staff.
• Maintain and update records for equipment, systems, and supplies used in the facility.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for facility operations.
• Facilitate communication between departments and ensure a cohesive work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility and report any issues or necessary repairs.
• Daily review of DMR.
• Daily meeting with Engineer for reviewing previous day work, day plan & critical action.
• Capture & report all unsafe acts & conditions observed during walk-around of Facility.
• Tracking of internal & external Audits/ Certifications/ Visit findings drive towards closure.
• Daily tracking of Engineering and Maintenance related services and update all trackers.
• Tracking of Planned Preventive Maintenance Plan & provide consolidated report.
• Weekly review of Equipment Wise Maintenance.
• Weekly review with Executive Technical, gives instructions, maintain discipline and resolve
• long pending & critical building and ground maintenance problems.
• On Monthly Basis Analyses/ recommend solution on the complaint analysis.
• Manage Inventory control.
• Manage Compliances
• Consolidate Tower/Utility wise maintenance requirement & assist Facility Manager to prepare budget.
• Monthly review of contractor performance & ensure control measures initiated for
• abnormality.
• Random Evaluation of the 3 rd party staff & share feedback with Facility Manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-9 years of experience in estate management or facility management industry.
• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven track record of managing multiple properties simultaneously with expertise in property management software systems.
