Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations for Fly Services, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
• Program Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize processes that elevate Fly Services’ offerings.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and track KPIs to measure program success, and take proactive steps to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and tech teams to identify areas of improvement and implement innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
